Types of Commercial Real Estate

So you see, commercial real estate can cover just about any piece of real estate or property . . . except for your private residence, unless you rent out the spare room . . . I wonder whether that would mean that you live in commercial real estate – I suppose that technically it does.

Commercial real estate also covers any type of real estate which has been bought for investment purposes or for the purposes of making money in any way, shape or form.
